| Vehicle | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| GSA MAS 47QTCA20D0078 | Issue a task order or Blanket Purchase Agreement against pre-negotiated schedule pricing under SINs 54151HACS, 54151S, 33411, 611420, 811212, and OLM. | Fast, pre-competed buys of cybersecurity services, training, and wireless security technology. |
| SBA 8(a) sole-source | The agency offers the requirement to SBA for direct award to CyNtell without full competition, within 8(a) program thresholds. | Requirements that need to move quickly and count toward small disadvantaged business goals. |
| HUBZone | Compete the requirement as a HUBZone set-aside, or apply the HUBZone price-evaluation preference in full and open competition. | Agencies working toward their HUBZone contracting goals. |
| Subcontract or teaming | Primes add CyNtell through a subcontract, a contractor teaming arrangement, or a commercial MSA or purchase order. | Primes that need C3PAO expertise, cleared staff, or small business subcontracting credit. |
CMMC
CMMC support for program offices, primes, and suppliers
CMMC requirements now flow through DoW contracts to every tier of the supply chain. As a Cyber AB Authorized C3PAO that also advises on DFARS compliance, CyNtell works on both sides of that requirement.
- CMMC Level 2 certification assessments against the 110 practices of NIST SP 800-171
- Level 1 self-assessment validation and affirmation support
- DFARS 252.204-7012, 7019, 7020, and 7021 advisory
- Readiness and mock assessments, plus POA&M close-out assessments within the 180-day window
- Level 3 preparation support ahead of a DCMA DIBCAC assessment
CMMC rules keep advisory and certification apart. CyNtell does not certify an organization it has advised on CMMC, and we tell you which side of that line an engagement sits on before anything is signed.
