This class teaches managers to go beyond the once-a-year performance evaluation to increase their employees’ performance aligns with the organization’s needs. This course teaches managers to incorporate performance management into day-to-day work. Students will learn how to monitor and measure employee performance and offer opportunities for improvement on an ongoing basis.
